Privacy and your information

Last updated: 6 October 2026.

What we collect and why

When you request help, we collect the contact details, suburb and description you provide so we can respond. If you arrange a visit, service records may include your address, appointment, agreed work and price, service notes, payment records and messages. A callback request does not confirm an appointment.

Please do not put passwords, recovery codes, bank card details or unnecessary health or other sensitive information in forms or messages. When arranging help for someone else, get their permission before sharing their details. You can call us instead of using the form.

Services used to handle information

The website is hosted by Vercel. Supabase stores business records and handles workspace sign-in. Resend processes service emails. These providers may process information outside Australia; the current Supabase database is hosted in Japan. Google Fonts supplies website fonts and may receive connection information such as your IP address.

Directions links open Google Maps when selected. If address lookup or route estimates are enabled, address details used for those features are sent to Google. Third-party sites have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and security

The private workspace uses sign-in cookies. Google Analytics tracking is disabled. Hosting and security systems may process connection and error information to operate and protect the service. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised business accounts.

Keeping, correcting and removing information

Information can exist in service records, email history, audit records and backups. Requests to correct or remove it need to account for those copies and any records needed for outstanding work, payments, disputes or recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to discuss the information we hold and your request.
