Get your smart TV connected and learn how to find the programmes you want. We help with setup, streaming apps and the everyday remote-control steps that can make watching television frustrating.
A new television may involve several remotes, accounts and inputs. During a home visit we can help identify which connection you are using, connect the TV to your existing home network and explain how to switch between live television and your streaming services.
How we can help
- Connect a compatible smart TV or streaming device to your existing Wi-Fi.
- Set up streaming apps such as Netflix, Stan or Kayo using your accounts.
- Troubleshoot common app, sign-in and connection problems.
- Explain remotes, inputs and everyday viewing steps.
Before your visit
Have the remotes, batteries, power cables and account access ready. Let us know the TV brand, model if available, and the streaming service you want to use.
What this service covers
Streaming subscriptions and equipment are not included. Wall mounting, antenna installation, electrical work and repairs inside the television are outside this setup service.
Home visits and pricing
A standard visit is AU$149, including the call-out and the first hour. Additional time is AU$32.50 per 30 minutes, discussed before proceeding.
We visit homes in Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby and nearby Northern Rivers communities. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement.
