We can check settings, review startup apps and help with routine updates. Before your visit
Have your computer, charger and relevant software licence details available. Tell us about any error messages and important files before work starts. We will discuss backing up files before changes that could affect them.
What this service covers
Software licences and subscriptions are separate from the visit fee. We do not promise to repair failed hardware or recover data from damaged drives; those jobs may need a specialist.
Home visits and pricing
A standard visit is AU$149, including the call-out and the first hour. Additional time is AU$32.50 per 30 minutes, discussed before proceeding.
We visit homes in Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby and nearby Northern Rivers communities. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement.
