If you are searching for internet installation help, we can help set up customer equipment for an existing internet service. We work through the home side of the connection: router settings, Wi-Fi access and connected devices. A provider outage or a fault in the NBN line still needs your internet provider.

How we can help

Before your visit

Have your router or printer model, cables and internet provider details ready. Tell us which lights are showing and whether the problem affects every device or only one.

What this service covers

We do not install NBN infrastructure, perform fixed network cabling or repair provider lines. Routers, printers, ink and other equipment are separate purchases. We cannot guarantee a speed that your internet service does not support.

Home visits and pricing

A standard visit is AU$149, including the call-out and the first hour. Additional time is AU$32.50 per 30 minutes, discussed before proceeding.

We visit homes in Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby and nearby Northern Rivers communities. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement.

Can you help when the internet or printer will not connect?

Yes, we can investigate home equipment and connection settings. If the fault is with the internet provider or the device needs physical repair, we will explain what we found and the next step.
